Corporate employment has given a lead to focus on oral communication. We have failed to notice that Facebook and mobile messages have aborted the written communication. As a result, students have failed to know the difference between formal language and informal language. The students selected for the corporate struggle to write any message in decent accurate language. The miscommunication makes them lose the job even during the training period. Business communication is the first product that impresses the clientele. To reach this, the writing should be decoded properly, for which the process of writing is important This paper analyzes instances of miscommunication by students and employees. Further, it explains the new approach tried by the researcher which resulted in a lot of improvement in the performance of the students.

 
 
 

The Y generation of the present day dream of reaching the corporate from the college. No doubt they are overflowing with knowledge through other sources of media, but they are not guided properly to organize and express. Written communication is an essential mode in the corporate, but their way of expression is either superfluous or clichéd.
