human resources to the end. This ultimately leads to the
accomplishment of individual, organizational and social objectives. The fast global

are quite complex. As a result, organizations are seeking newer ways
to promote their adaptability to the complexities of the changed
scenario. Globally, organizations are aiming to become
competitive through strategic human resource management. Today, people
management has become more important than before. In the process,
