As today's workplace evolves, companies are forced to make changes within the organization in order to keep up with trends in the workplace. In a recent study, The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), partnering with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), identified eight new trends in the workplace and how companies should approach these changes.
