Just as primitive mining technology produced its corresponding primitive work behavior patterns so the modern, Information Technology is calling for its corresponding modern behavior patterns based on sophisticated work ideas, work attitude and work culture at large.

This paper shows that a sound technological change is preceded by a sound behavioral change in the given organizational environment. Thus, a sophisticated behavioral model not only consolidates, but also furthers the sophisticated Information Technology model. Hence, there is a need for reinforcing sophisticated technology patterns with sophisticated behavioral patterns through organizational training.

One of the chief characteristics of mankind, more particularly that of modern man, is application of acquired ideas, thoughts, opinions and knowledge. Man's knowledge finds its manifestation through his behavior. When his ideas and thoughts with respect to modern science and technology are put into application in the modern, organized corporate sector, his behavior acquires the shape of organizational behavior.

Keeping in view the social and organizational requirements, it can be said that performance at the job or the physical and intellectual kinds of work have created the modern man and changed his personality into a sophisticated one.
