An organization's dynamism and performance depends on the extent of its understanding of the utility of human capital and its effective management for value creation in the long run. The successful stories of many corporate enterprises speak about the need for developing proper intellectual infrastructure in its true sense for efficient management of knowledge resources that enables a company to create its own mark in the global market. The digitalization of essential services for facilitating a proactive role by the HR managers is found to be one of the tools suggested for promoting a learning atmosphere in the organization.

The rising tide of corporate reforms across the world pinpoints the need to restructure organizations according to market needs and people's aspirations. In pursuit of this objective, an attempt has to be made towards the development of a strategic perspective for effective utilization of organization resources that not only increases the performance rate, but also to keeps the HR on par with other tangible assets.

Human intelligence, also known as "intellectualism", derives its strength from several sources and is applied contextually. Known as the ability to learn and reason out a particular phenomenon, intellectualism develops a profound, abstract understanding for the person leading to perfection in thought and action. The managerial abilities of people in the organization are deeply influenced by the intelligence factor that finds wide recognition in the changing times.

The intellectual training has to be a part of a comprehensive program that considers the people, organizational structure and technology in addition to the cultural and behavioral pattern of the organization. The programs should aim at promoting "leadership traits" across the spectrum of the organization for resolving unforeseen crises. Leadership qualities are found to be fit for crisis management at various levels.

Knowledge has its own place in the light of the changed scenario and every organization is trying to reap the harvest of knowledge management with the support of technology. Having realized the growing importance of the wealth of knowledge hidden in an intellect and physical form, organizations are sparing no efforts in making use of it for effective performance in an atmosphere of cutthroat competition.
