To prepare the youth better for the global market which is facing an acute shortage of skilled labor force, there is a dire need to shun the old educational techniques and empower the educators and the students with new tools and a new medium of learning that can be adaptive to their personal pace of progress.

In the current setup, any new innovation and scientific advancements have to trickle down into the educational system over an awfully long time. In this rapidly evolving digital technology era, by the time a change is reflected in the educational system, the technology either gets obsolete or has reached its prime with an acute shortage of knowledge workers. The shift of the economies of the world towards a knowledge-based industry has been adding a new curve ball at the educators.
