Globally, there has been a paradigm shift in the education system. As a result, the use of chalk, blackboard, and duster are slowly becoming obsolete. Simultaneously, the communication/delivery system in the classroom is being replaced with innovation of new pedagogy considered to be a value addition to knowledge development. It has been agreed in general that a teacher can keep the class attentive by his delivery on theory/textbook maximum up to half an hour, after that it becomes very difficult to engage the class. So, the teacher has to design the course material with utmost care, and lot of morals, lessons, ethics, and etiquettes linking with historical/mythological events, which can create some interest among the students.

The teacher is the prime person in the core process of teaching-learning while schools of study and even Universities developed since ages around such key persons.A teacher should not sever from the dual duties of learning to update knowledge constantly and teaching to make the students learned. So an ideal teacher should be profound in the knowledge of one's subject and should be able to efficiently transfer that knowledge to the students. Oral communication comes with the speaker and his/her body language, voice, style and manner. Personal appearance, behavior and conduct can enhance or mar a person's oral communication. Knowledge and practice of good manners and proper etiquette is necessary for making one's communication pleasant and effective.

In business, etiquette is the art of being comfortable around others and making others comfortable around you. Basic knowledge and practice of etiquette helps a person to be socially acceptable to others and creates a good impression even when one meets someone for the first time. Many people who are good at their jobs and upwardly mobile, are handicapped by lack of social skills that are needed to move to higher positions.
