ISSUES Preference
Discrimination

Preferring
people of our choice is a very common instinct. We `prefer' in order to create
a favorable environment. In an organization, situational forces and psychological
impulses induce a manager to prefer one subordinate to another. The preferred
subordinate enjoys many facilities which are deprived to others completely or
partially. This way of discrimination among employees may be termed as preference
discrimination. Preference discrimination is an invisible `bug' that degrades

the communication/delivery system in the classroom is being replaced with innovation
of new pedagogy considered to be a value addition to knowledge development. It

delivery on theory/textbook maximum up to half an hour, after that it becomes
very difficult to engage the class. So, the teacher has to design the course material
