The industrial environment in which the OJT is conducted provides the real time effect in the learning process of the intern. The expectation of the corporate from the intern is the prime move of the work ethics behind the OJT. The output requirement of the organization which provides the OJT is stringent, deliverables are clear and time bound. OJT is the source of practical experience for an intern. Practical experience complements the skill set required to be developed during management education. It is enabled through providing an industrial exposure which matches with the specialization in terms of type of industries.
