AI Policy Guidelines

Authors using AI and AI-assisted technologies in writing process to improve readability of the manuscript should note that it should not be used to perform author’s key tasks such as hypothecation framing, producing theoretical insights, drawing conclusions, or making recommendations.

Authors using AI-assisted technologies as aids in the writing of the manuscript should mention this fact in their covering letter and also in the acknowledgement section of the paper. This statement of the authors will appear in the published paper.

Authors who have nothing to disclose about the usage of AI and AI technologies need not include this statement.

Authors using AI and AI-assisted technologies must declare that:

  • The content is accurate and valid,
  • There are no concerns about potential plagiarism,
  • All relevant sources are cited,
  • Hypotheses, interpretations, results, conclusions, limitations, and implications of the study represent the authors’ own ideas.

AI-generated images and other multimedia are not permitted in the journal.

Authors are fully responsible for the content of their manuscript including those sections of the paper produced by AI tools and are thus liable for any breach of publication ethics.

Reviewers of articles are not permitted to use AI tools under any circumstances, for that would result in breach of confidentiality.

Noncompliance with these policy guidelines by authors will be treated as misrepresentation and should a concern arise, the Journal may reject such papers, and retract such a paper if it has already been published.
