Creativity leads to innovation, and when employees have a high spirit of creativity and innovation, the organizations can excel and compete well in their business. Apart from organizational learning and knowledge management, emotional intelligence of employees plays a vital role in molding how every individual adapts to any changes taking place in the organization, with improved self and social awareness and managerial and decision-making skills.
The authors, Benedict Arthur, Millicent Selase Afenya, Priscilla Manu Larbi and Rebecca Aduku, in their paper, ?The Impact of Emotional Intelligence on Employees? Creativity and Innovativeness?, did a questionnaire-based survey among the workers of some telecommunication and manufacturing companies in Ghana to examine the impact of emotional intelligence on employee?s creativity and innovativeness. From the data analysis, they found that employees? levels of creativity and innovativeness are independent of their emotional intelligence. They attributed the contradiction of their result from several existing studies to the differences in cultural and organizational settings.
The culture of a society is formed with customs, values, beliefs, attitudes, habits, languages and interactions among the members. The local, state, national and, in some cases, the international settings act as building blocks for a socioeconomic environment of an organization or entity or event. the social networks are playing a vigorous role in transmitting information about the trading of different products and services.

Moderating Role of Industry Type in the Relationship Between Organizational Learning and Organizational Innovation: Is Transformational Leadership a Missing Link?
The purpose of the study is to analyze the relationship between organizational learning and organizational innovation. It also examines the mediating role of transformational leadership in the relationship between organizational learning and organizational innovation. The paper investigates the moderating role of industry type. The procedure used in the study is a systematic literature review covering organizational learning, organizational innovation, transformational leadership, and industry type from 1969 to 2020. The studies were explored using the keyword search, such as ?organizational learning?, ?organizational innovation?, ?transformational leadership?, and ?industry type?, from the selected databases, including Emerald, ScienceDirect, EBSCOHost and Taylor & Francis. The study found that organizational learning positively affects organizational innovation. Transformational leadership plays a significant role in improving the organizational learning and organizational innovation relationship. However, industry-specific differences can play a substantial role in shaping the organizational learning-innovation relationship.
The Impact of Emotional Intelligence on Employees? Creativity and Innovativeness
Emotional intelligence is gradually gaining recognition in many organizations today. Despite several revelations in the literature on emotional intelligence, no study has comprehensively empirically captured its influence on organizations in Africa. Hence, this study explores the connection between emotional intelligence and employees? creativity and innovativeness using the case of workers from the telecommunication and manufacturing sectors in Ghana. A sample size of 205 workers was randomly drawn from these two sectors. The study found no statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and employees? creativity and innovativeness. The result contradicts several existing studies which documented a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and employees? level of creativity and innovativeness. The authors attribute the contradiction to the differences in culture, as a majority of such studies were conducted outside Africa. As a result, it is recommended that managers create a more enabling environment for employees to express themselves, which will boost their level of creativity and innovativeness in the organization.
