The study utilizes the technology acceptance model in the domain of e-learning, focusing on students' parents as respondents. In the midst of all this, face-toface interaction of teaching-learning is being replaced by virtual/online interaction, and almost every country of the world is migrating towards the online education system. It creates an opportunity for the parents to interact, involve and be familiar with the present virtual education platform.
