Servant-Ethical-Spiritual Model of Leadership for Higher Education
Leadership effectiveness in higher education is found to be different on various counts because of the structural and functional dissimilarities in the organizational processes. This necessitates the need for a leadership model that is nontraditional. The new-genre leadership theories, viz., servant, ethical and spiritual, are blended in this study to formulate a new model of leadership that can prove to be effective in higher educational settings. This blended model of leadership draws upon the characteristics of the three leadership theories, applied differentially in organizational settings. The specific applications of each of these models are also discussed.

Developing Communication Skills in English for Employability and Career Growth
English language is considered indispensable for a versatile career. But the irony is, most of the students, even after completing graduation, write incomplete and grammatically incorrect sentences. College graduates mostly lack written and oral communication skills. The paper focuses on developing communication skills as a tool in transforming the personality of students as they transition from education to employment. The study stresses the importance of inculcating employability skills among the youth through improving their communication skills. By focusing on developing these employability skills, the youth can enhance their career prospects and increase their chances of success in the job market.
Long-Distance Running and Entrepreneurship: Taking the LEAP
Long-distance running can be the perfect sport for entrepreneurs. A breath of fresh air can be refreshing and help make the day more productive. Running a business is much more similar to running a marathon. With literally no shortcuts, preparation and discipline are key to covering long distances at any speed. The role of luck is minimum, and just luck without proper training can neither help one win a long distance race nor become a successful entrepreneur. What is common between best entrepreneurs and good runners? The paper seeks to answer this question by drawing a parallel between running and entrepreneurship.
