In e-governance, the Indian government has been actively promoting digital initiatives to provide citizens with efficient and transparent services. Initiatives like Digital India, Aadhaar and several other e-governance platforms have streamlined processes, reduced bureaucracy and enhanced citizen participation. India's fintech sector has witnessed tremendous growth, with digital payment platforms like UPI revolutionizing the way people transact. Mobile wallets, digital lending and investment platforms have also gained popularity, enabling financial inclusion and transforming the banking and financial services landscape. E-commerce in India is booming, with platforms like Flipkart and Amazon capturing a significant market share. The rise of online retail has transformed the way Indians shop, offering convenience, choice and competitive pricing. The sector has also led to the growth of logistics, supply chain management and digital marketing industries.

Digital Education in India has a profound impact on education. E-learning platforms, online courses and digital content have expanded access to quality education, especially in remote areas. Government initiatives like Study Webs of Active Learning for Young Aspiring Minds (SWAYAM) and digital classrooms in schools are further driving digital education adoption. Digital technologies have made healthcare more accessible and efficient in India. Telemedicine services, health apps and electronic health records have improved healthcare delivery, especially in rural areas. Remote diagnostics, AI-based tools and data analytics are also being leveraged to enhance disease surveillance, treatment and research. The Indian government's Smart Cities Mission aims to transform urban areas by integrating technology and data-driven solutions. Smart infrastructure, intelligent transportation systems and energy-efficient buildings are being deployed to enhance livability, sustainability and governance in cities. IoT applications are gaining momentum in industries such as manufacturing, agriculture and logistics. Connected devices, sensors and automation technologies are optimizing processes, improving productivity and enabling predictive maintenance.

Drone technology is now being increasingly utilized in various sectors in India due to its versatility, cost-effectiveness and ability to access remote or difficult-to-reach areas. Some key areas where drone technology is being used in India are agriculture, infrastructure construction, disaster management, delivery of medicine, wildlife conservation, environmental monitoring, inspection of critical infrastructure, film and entertainment industry. The Government of India has recognized the potential of drone technology and introduced regulations through the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). The regulations provide guidelines for drone operations, registration, pilot certification, and airspace restrictions to ensure safe and responsible drone usage.

Digital transformation in India creates digital fraud, leading to several security, privacy, and safety issues. These frauds exploit the vulnerabilities in digital systems and target individuals, businesses or financial institutions. The Indian government, law enforcement agencies and financial institutions have been taking measures to combat digital fraud. Several measures like cybersecurity regulations, increased awareness campaigns and cybercrime cells have been introduced to strengthen fraud detection mechanisms to protect individuals and organizations from these fraudulent activities. Additionally, individuals should exercise caution while sharing personal information online, use strong passwords, keep software and antivirus programs updated, and be vigilant about suspicious emails, messages or websites to minimize the risk of falling victim to digital fraud and make the digital transformation in India a great success.

The first paper, "CollabFiles: An Innovative Tool for Digital Transformation in Government", by P Gayatri and I P S Sethi, provides the current status of a pioneering G2G platform for collaboration being used by government enterprises across the country.

The second paper, "Online Transactions and Digital Fraud: A Bibliometric Analysis", by Priya and Sandeep Aggarwal, presents digital fraud scenarios around the world through bibliometric data and discusses trends, undiscovered issues and future research potential.

The last paper, "Role of ICTs in Mitigating the Challenges to Educational Opportunities and Delivery in Nigeria", by Umar Ahmad Muhammad and Musa Abdu Dankama, presents a study of challenges to education in Nigeria and the crucial role of ICT in mitigating it.

CollabFiles: An Innovative Tool for Digital Transformation in Government

"Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyaan", the Self-Reliant India campaign of 2020, was a clarion call by Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the vision of a new India, kick-starting several independent initiatives across the five pillars, viz., Economy, Infrastructure, Systems, Demography and Demand1. The paper discusses one such technology-driven initiative called CollabFiles, envisaged and developed for use by government enterprises across the country. CollabFiles helps officials and staff of Government of India (GoI) to create and collaborate on documents and spreadsheets using web and mobile devices. Several innovative steps were taken to design this platform such as using principles of Enterprise Architecture (EA) to arrive at solution architecture, Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication ensuring secured access, interoperability with other government applications, secured storage at government cloud, a robust archival policy and a firm Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity (DR/BC) plan. It shares details of the pioneering approach to develop a sustainable platform, meeting the needs of government officials on a day-to-day basis. The paper gives the current status of implementation, defines critical success factors for effective roll-out, and also discusses how certain challenges were addressed. It also discusses more advanced features to be incorporated to enhance the user experience. CollabFiles is currently operational pan-India.

Online Transactions and Digital Fraud: A Bibliometric Analysis

Financial innovation and payment system improvements boost remittances and global electronic business development. Smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops and other gadgets are increasingly used. Because it is easy to use, has no geographical boundaries, provides economical services, and puts everything at our fingertips, we are becoming more reliant on the Internet. Most of us are unaware of the Internet, websites and apps' vulnerabilities. As Internet technologies, payment apps, and networks are growing, digital fraud has become one of the biggest concerns. Digital payments need security. The study analyzes 30 years of Scopus-published digital fraud research (1989-2022). Annual publications, publication types and trends in publishing sources, organizations, researchers, countries and keywords are examined. It provides bibliometric data on authors, organizations, countries, keywords, sources and documents with regard to digital fraud. Recent trends, undiscovered issues and future potential are also discussed.

Role of ICTs in Mitigating the Challenges to Educational Opportunities and Delivery in Nigeria

The importance of education for individual, social and national development cannot be overemphasized; as a result, availability and access to educational opportunities have to be prioritized. Today, education could be delivered to many well-intended seekers through the assistance and support of modern technologies, otherwise called Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs). The study found that ICTs have a significant role to play in mitigating the challenges faced in the northern part of Nigeria. Most of the respondents (90.1%) agreed that ICTs are veritable tools in reaching many people and learners, and it was also found that the gender of the learner/student does determine his/her chances of getting education in the north.
