This comprehensive bibliometric study delves into the transformative role of sustainability in women entrepreneurship. Examining 1,083 papers, published between 2005 and 2023, dedicated to women and 746 to performance, the study underscores the significant influence of women on sustainable business practices and performance enhancement. Leveraging the Dimension database, the study identified key authors, sources, and seminal articles, with the article “Tipping Toward Sustainability: Emerging Pathways of Transformation” emerging as pivotal. Through this exploration, the study unearthed crucial research domains, including social-ecological systems, innovation, transformation, resilience transitions, and sustainability, highlighting the indispensable contribution of women entrepreneurs. Employing co-word analysis, the study uncovered novel research themes with regard to genderinclusive business empowerment and economic stability. The study not only addresses a critical gap in existing literature but also emphasizes the indispensable role of women in advancing sustainable entrepreneurship, thereby fostering societal progress and gender equality in business.
