This study investigates the factors influencing the employee job satisfaction in Kerala. It analyzes the association between organizational culture, leadership, and employee recognition and appreciation programs on the one hand and employee job satisfaction of Travancore Devaswom Board Employees. Through integrative research strategies and multi-faceted perspectives, the study sheds light on diverse factors that affect the job satisfaction of temple workers. The results emphasize the importance of positive organizational culture, leadership development, and appreciation mechanisms for improved job satisfaction as well as overall organizational performance. The study recommends multi-sector collaboration among researchers, management, and employees to devise effective programs to enhance a supportive work environment for support employee wellbeing using the originality and multidimensionality of the study.
