The study examines the influence of workplace spirituality on employee engagement along with the mediating role of professional commitment in the healthcare sector of Kerala. Primary data for the study was collected from 200 medical professionals from Kerala’s government and private institutions. Validity, reliability, simple regression, and path analysis were used to analyze the data. The study results show that workplace spirituality has a direct impact on employee engagement. The results suggest that hospital administrators who want to increase staff productivity may incorporate workplace spirituality and employee involvement. The findings will be of help to hospital administrators to incorporate spirituality in their workplace as a new intrinsic method to retain their healthcare talent pool.
In today’s evolving work environment, employee satisfaction and happiness at work have become key concerns for organizations across different industries. Especially in the healthcare sector, staff efficiency in delivering high-quality patient care directly contributes
