In this context, conciseness, clarity, and completeness play significant roles in effective communication among academicians and corporate professionals. With this backdrop, this study aims to highlight the characteristics and significance of conciseness, clarity, and completeness in effective communication. Also, the paper analyzes the classroom performance of selected UG students in this regard, highlighting how in the modern world, effective communication has emerged as a major tool for students, and professionals for personal and professional growth.
Effective communication is the foundation of human connection, and it fosters relationships, promotes teamwork, and advances a variety of industries. The success of communication efforts depends on the ability to deliver information accurately and efficiently—whether in academic discourse, in professional exchanges, or in personal conversation. Three qualities—conciseness, clarity, and completeness—are especially important among the many elements that constitute good communication. These elements not only improve the delivery but also reduce cognitive overload, prevent misunderstandings, and encourage genuine interaction between communicants.
