The study examines the role of HR digital transformation in enhancing organizational growth and productivity within IT companies in Bengaluru, India. The study adopts a descriptive design to analyze the attitudes and experiences of HR specialists, HR recruiters, and senior HR executives regarding digital HR tools. Data was collected through a structured Likert scale-based questionnaire, developed after an extensive literature review and expert consultations. Out of 60 targeted participants, 42 responses were obtained, representing a 70% response rate. The findings indicate that HR technologies significantly contribute to growth and productivity by streamlining processes, improving decision-making, and fostering operational efficiency. Tools like performance management systems and AI-driven recruitment emerged as key enablers, although challenges such as resistance to change and lack of training were noted. Overall, the study highlights the transformative potential of HR digital tools in driving organizational effectiveness and operational success within the IT sector.
