This study investigates the use of AI in workforce dynamics, industry trends, and regional differences. Using an innovative API to filter news reports on artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace, the study conducted natural language processing (NLP) sentiment analysis and python-based visual analysis for thematic clustering. The results indicate that human resource management (HRM), workplace monitoring, and corporate governance use AI for productivity and innovation, whereas manufacturing and customer services fear job loss. Developed countries stress AI regulation and ethics, whereas developing countries worry about job disruption problems. Sentiment analysis indicates a largely positive attitude toward AI’s workplace impact, whereas thematic clusters show four trends: governance revolution, investment optimization, workplace innovation, and workforce restructuring. With the integration of sentiment analysis, thematic clustering, and regional differences, the study offers HR analytics a dynamic platform for adaptive AI solutions.
Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming workplaces at a faster pace, altering decision-making, employee management, and corporate governance.
