Incivility among Indian HR organizations remains a nuanced and underexplored issue, particularly ironic given the HR’s role in cultivating organizational culture. Despite being central to crisis management and employee wellbeing, HR professionals often face or witness incivility yet receive limited recognition for their strategic contributions, posing a threat to organizational leadership. The present study investigates the relationship between workplace incivility and turnover intentions among HR professionals in customer-centric sectors within the NCR region, utilizing a descriptive statistical approach. The findings reveal nuanced patterns of incivility, its psychological toll, and its impact on employee turnover. By capturing lived experiences, the study underscores the need for targeted interventions to foster civility, strengthen retention, and support HR as both custodians of organizational value and vulnerable stakeholders within service industry.
