Digital transformation is posing challenges to revising the way supply chains are operated by increasing the levels of connectivity and enabling data-driven decision-making; however, there are few empirical studies offering a temporal profile of the accompanying advantages. This study assesses the longitudinal effects of Digital Supply Chain Integration (DSCI) on Operational Performance (OP) using a mediation-moderation latent curve modeling approach. Analysis of the data collected from 394 companies in four consecutive waves suggests that DSCI is experiencing a positive growth trend, thus fostering long-term changes in the performance indicators. It is observed that information visibility partially mediates this relationship, which highlights its importance in transforming integration activities into actual operational benefits. In addition, supply chain complexity strengthens both the direct and indirect effects of DSCI. The findings provide valuable insights into how digital integration drives long-term performance improvements.
